This painting didn’t start here. It began life as something entirely different — a piece that once hung in an exhibition with another name, another story. But I kept circling back, layering over, reworking, letting new ideas push through the old ones. The result is denser, more layered, more nuanced — like a conversation you keep having with yourself, changing your mind, contradicting, discovering.
